Jasmine Title coordinates real estate closings for attorneys in the upstate, South Carolina. We assist in all aspects of a professional real estate closing. We assist attorneys, James A. To begin this process, you, your mortgage broker, lender, or real estate agent can place a title order on the next page or contact Rhonda at rroemhild@jasminetitle.com, or you can simply fax your real estate contract to (864) 576-8005. You can then contact Rhonda to schedule the closing. We can accommodate anyone with a busy work schedule by making late appointments for most circumstances. Anyone who has placed an order with us can visit the Title Order List page to see when title work is expected back,
or if it has already been received. Next, real estate agents and sellers can contact anyone on our staff to give payoff, commission, and other pre-closing information. Lenders can send all packages to a centralized location at trowe@jasminetitle.com. Teresa will complete the lenders package and can be contacted at tadams@jasminetitle.com. One of the above mentioned attorneys will review and approve all documentation prior to the closing, and will explain each document in detail during your appointment.
